Waiting #sol17

Wedding in 45 minutes.

Time to go.

Waiting on husband.

Time to go.

Waiting on houseguests.

Time to go.

We can’t be late to a wedding.

Time to go.

Grab your keys.

Time to go.

Wait, you haven’t tied your bowtie yet?

Time to go.

Where are our friends?

Time to go.

It takes 30 minutes to get there.

Time to go.

Time to go.

We definitely need to go.

I am the one in my family who is always on time. I could feel how stressed you were and how you were trying to hold your patience as everyone else seemed to hurry like slugs. Really nice slice. I hope you made it on time!

I love the repetition of “time to go”. I feel much better having read the poem & realizing it was not YOUR wedding in 45 minutes. I hope you made it on time.

Ugh, that was us today! Headed to a surprise birthday party so we couldn’t be late! 🙂 I’m pretty sure I repeated this same mantra over and over. I could feel the stress and worry in this post! Hope you were on time and thanks for sharing!
